tumbling and an aerial style. Each class is crafted to provide a comprehensive 1.5-hour experience, with 45 minutes

dedicated to tumbling and another 45 minutes to the enchanting world of aerial skills.

Our Kindy-year 1 class is perfect for young learners to explore and develop their cognitive abilities while

building essential strength, flexibility, and, most importantly, confidence. Within a warm and friendly environment, students master coordination skills like jumping, skipping, and hopping alongside fundamental tumbling skills such as forward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels. As they progress through the aerial component of the class, students are introduced to the captivating art of lyra, silks, and trapeze, allowing them to discover a world of moves.

With individualised progression at their own pace, our classes create a fun and encouraging atmosphere, making each session an

enjoyable and enriching experience for every student. Join us to unleash your potential and embrace the joy of learning in this

What is Silks & Juggling?

Learn a combination of silks and juggling, all under the supervision of our fully qualified teachers. Students get to climb, learn the various silk positions and juggle in a safe environment.

Great for cognitive development, strength, flexibility and, more importantly, confidence. Both silks and juggling are progressive in skills where each student can work at their own pace.

What is Lyra & Hula?

The Lyra and Hula Hooping class learn a combination of different moves on a hanging hoop and a whole heap of hula hooping skills that they will love.

Students get to hang around the Lyra in various positions in a safe environment with our qualified staff and swing a hula hoop from all parts of the body. Each student can progressively work at their own pace thought out the class creating a fun and friendly environment.

What is Trapeze & Poi?

Join us to learn the oldest aerial apparatus in the world of circus. Trapeze is like dancing in the air, flipping upside down and around the trapeze bar, this class is combines with the art of poi. Poi is a ball with ribbon that is attached to your hand. Students swing it around in various moves. It's often seen with fire attached but rest assured, we don't put ours on fire!
